Select     It doesn’t matter who I account to in my work - work is work     I will commit myself to what I do as work and do it with passion knowing that my work is a calling and a service to the Lord     Though I am accountable to God the only work God is interested in is work done in the Church

Select     I will help them identify their gifts and give them work that make use of their gifts     I will give them decision making authority and hold them responsible for the decision they make     To avoid them making mistake I will instruct them on what they have to do and how they have to do it

Select     God put into me gifts as part of my make up so that when these gifts are put to work that work becomes a calling by God     My work cannot be a calling because I never heard God calling me to do the work I am doing     The only calling of God I know is the call to preach
